Customer support

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a clear description of the issue and helpful photographs where relevant. We aim to respond within a reasonable period. Response times may be longer during weekends, public holidays or unusually high support volume.

Contact us for return instructions before posting, without delaying any statutory deadline. Prior approval is not required for a valid statutory withdrawal.

Returns and return postage

After receiving your item, sign in to your MLDrip customer account using the same email address used at checkout. Open the order, choose Request return where available, select the item and submit your request. We review requests manually and email the next steps. If the option is missing or you need help, email support@mldrip.com with your order number and the item concerned. A customer account, portal request or reason is not required for a valid statutory withdrawal.

Please request a physical return after receiving and inspecting your item. For an order still in transit, email support@mldrip.com for delivery help or withdrawal. A statutory withdrawal can be declared before delivery.

For change-of-mind and size-preference returns, customers pay direct return postage to Hamm, Germany, including international returns, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. No handling or restocking fee is charged. MLDrip covers reasonable return postage for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods. Contact us to arrange the appropriate remedy. For ordinary returns, choose a suitable carrier, buy and pay for postage directly and ship the parcel yourself. We do not provide a prepaid label or deduct an extra return-postage fee from your refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for deadlines and details.

Our trader identity and business address are available in our Legal notice / Impressum. The return recipient and Hamm address are provided with your approval or by email. Pack securely, include your order number and return reference, keep proof of posting and email any tracking details to support@mldrip.com. Do not return to the supplier address on the original parcel.
