Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delays can occur during holidays, high order volume, customs checks, carrier disruptions, inventory verification, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Read the full shipping policy.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is emailed when available. Processing and delivery estimates may be extended by busy periods, holidays, customs or carrier delays.

Can I return my product?

Eligible customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unused and returned with original tags and packaging where available. Contact mldripassist@gmail.com before sending anything back.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Please email mldripassist@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging and shipping label. This reporting request does not limit statutory rights.
