Estimated delivery is 6–15 calendar days from ordering, including 1–3 business days for processing (Monday–Friday) and 5–10 calendar days in transit after dispatch. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Your tracking number and link will be emailed one day after ordering, during the 1–3 business day processing period before dispatch. Receiving tracking details does not mean your parcel has shipped. You can also track your order on our Track Order page. Tracking updates appear after the carrier receives and scans the parcel.

Customers in Germany and other European Union countries generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact support@mldrip.com before sending anything back so you receive the correct return instructions.

Available size options vary by product and are shown on each product page. Check the product size guide before ordering.
