Estimated delivery: 6–15 calendar days from ordering, including processing.

Processing: 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, before dispatch. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Transit: 5–10 calendar days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination, customs, carriers, holidays or peak periods.

Tracking: Your tracking number and a tracking link will be emailed one day after ordering, during the 1–3 business day processing period before dispatch. Receiving tracking details does not mean your parcel has shipped. You can also track your order on our Track Order page. Tracking updates appear after the carrier receives and scans the parcel and may take several business days to become visible.

Returns: Customers in Germany and the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact support@mldrip.com before returning an item for the correct instructions and return address.
