Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery after dispatch is typically 6–10 business days. Delays can occur during busy periods or customs processing.

How do I track my order?

Returns

What is your return policy?
Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days after receiving an order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Items must meet the eligibility conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back.

How do I start a return?
Email support@mldrip.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide the correct return instructions and address.

How do I choose a size?

Will sold-out products return?
Availability varies by product and supplier, so a restock is not guaranteed.
